The authors of a controversial book about Sinn Féin MP Martin Mc-Guinness will give evidence to the Saville Inquiry next Wednesday.
Journalists Liam Clarke and his wife, Kathryn Johnston are co-authors of From Guns to Government, an unofficial biography of Mr McGuinness.
The book which Mr McGuinness claims carries inaccurate allegations contains a number of accusations about the activities of Mr McGuinness and the Provisional IRA in Derry in 1972.
Mr Clarke and his wife will be the first witnesses to be heard on the inquiry's return to Derry's Guildhall.
The tribunal moved to London in October last year and spent 13 months hearing evidence from British politicians, including former Prime Minister Sir Edward Heath and former soldiers.
In the next two months, the inquiry is expected to hear evidence from Mr McGuinness (on November 3 and 4) as well as evidence from at least four former members of the Provisional IRA and at least six former Official IRA members.
It is also expected to hear evidence from a number of civilian witnesses who were subject to intelligence trawls. The inquiry is expected to hear its final witnesses by December 19.
After Christmas, the inquiry will hear closing statements from lawyers representing all the interested parties before rising to draw up its report.
